This policy explains how we process the personal data you provide through this website and the contact channels listed on it, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. Data we process
The data you send us by phone, WhatsApp or email (for example your name, contact details, location and description of your project). This website has no contact form. Please do not include data of third parties or special categories of data.
3. Purpose
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote where applicable and keep in touch about your project. We do not make automated decisions or create profiles. We do not send marketing communications without your express consent.
4. Legal basis
Your consent when contacting us (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, when you request a quote, pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
5. Retention
We keep the data for as long as necessary to answer your enquiry and, if no contract is concluded, for a maximum of 12 months. If a contract is concluded, for its duration and the applicable statutory limitation periods.
6. Recipients and processors
We do not disclose your data to third parties unless legally required or with your consent. If you request owner's representation, and only with your consent, we will pass your contact details to B GROTH Asset Management SL so that it can assist you.
The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA), which acts as processor for hosting. International transfers are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Email communication is handled through Gmail (Google Ireland Limited), which may transfer data outside the European Economic Area on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
7. WhatsApp
If you write to us on WhatsApp, the service is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta group), which processes data under its own privacy policy and may transfer it outside the European Economic Area. Only use this channel if you agree; you can also contact us by phone or email.
8. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing, by writing to the email address given or by post to the registered office. We may ask you to verify your identity. If you consider that the processing is not lawful, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
9. Minors
This site is not directed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Communication with this site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
