Based in San Miguel de Abona (Tenerife), incorporated in 2001.
CCL is the new brand of Construcciones y Contratas Loraerive SL, a company from the south of Tenerife that carries out structural work, shell construction and complete builds for developers, owners and investors.
We work from foundations to handover. We coordinate trades, schedule and budget with a single site manager and document every phase, so the owner always knows where the project stands.
Our benchmark is the architectural design: we build it with the technical rigour that exposed concrete, large-format glazing and visible details demand.

Yes, in cooperation with B GROTH Asset Management SL, an independent company that represents the client's interests towards designers, authorities and trades. It is contracted directly with B GROTH.
