This website presents the company's construction activity. Its content is for information only and does not constitute a binding offer. Any quote, timeline or contract requires a specific document accepted in writing by both parties. The information on services describes the usual scope and may vary depending on the project, the licence and the applicable regulations.

The texts, design, “CCL” logo and structure of the site belong to Construcciones y Contratas Loraerive SL or are used with permission. The B GROTH Asset Management logo is reproduced with its owner's permission. Reproduction, distribution or modification of the content without prior permission is prohibited.

The images in the header and in the services section are visualisations or reference architecture photographs and do not show works carried out by the company. The company's own works are shown in the “References” section; their publication does not imply that the company carried out each project in full or produced the architectural design, which belongs to its architects. 6. Cooperation with B GROTH Asset Management SL
The owner's representation mentioned on this site is provided by B GROTH Asset Management SL, an independent company with which the company cooperates. It is contracted directly with B GROTH, which acts exclusively in its client's interest and is responsible for its own services. Its legal details are published on its own website (b-groth.es).

This site contains links to third-party sites and services (for example b-groth.es or WhatsApp). The company does not control their content or privacy policies and accepts no responsibility for them.
8. Liability
